Beautiful Clifton Beach |
Clifton Beach is certainly one of the best beaches in South Africa. Similarly you
will find many beaches which are certainly quite great for the purpose
of the honeymoon. You can have your sunscreen and then lay down in the
sands out here in this beautiful beach area. Clifton is Cape's "millionaire's row". Known by film crews and fashion
magazines as the perfect beach location, Clifton is a favourite for
international models and film stars - and the locals love it too.
This beach is mainly loved by those who feel affection for sun bathing
will surely love to enjoy with their beloved. For the best enjoyment you
should carry balmy clothes with you because it is one of the coldest
beaches in the world.
A beautiful beach just minutes from the city center, this is where Cape
Town's beautiful people like to parade. It's also the most wind-free
area in Cape Town--handy when the southeaster, known locally as the
Cape Doctor, is driving you mad. Divided by large boulders into First,
Second, Third, and Fourth beaches, it is accessible only via steep steps.
Other great Cape Town beaches include Camps Bay and Llandudno.

Clifton Beach |
Four small, enclosed beaches separated by rocks and are the most
fashionable beaches in the whole of the country, surrounded be extremely
expensive apartments, this is one of the richest areas of the Western
Cape.
4th Beach is the busiest, with the young and the
beautiful playing volleyball, throwing frisbees and sunbathing - but
mostly trying to look cool. 3rd Beach is frequented by the gay
population of Cape Town, while 2nd Beach is the sunning spot of the
young bohemians and university students of the city. 1st Beach is the
least popular (but no less beautiful) than the other three.
The beaches are more sheltered than Camps Bay but there is a steep
walk down to the beaches and once you are on the beach there are no
services except people selling soft drinks and ice cream - so make sure
you have everything with you! Clifton 's First Beach offers the best
surf, Second and Third are the hot places be seen, and Fourth beach is
far more suitable for families, with easiest access, and the calmest
waters.
